I was able to book an end of tenancy cleaning at short notice and I couldn’t recommend this company enough. The team was incredibly friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us. The cleaning was done to an incredibly high standard and they even offered to help us load our possessions into our car when we were struggling! In addition, the company immediately responded to all our queries by phone/email and they let us amend our booking to include a carpet cleaning at the last minute. Worth every single penny!

I have been using the cleaning company to clean my house for the past 3months, I have found them to be professional, courteous, and always on time. They also keep me well informed regarding any changes to our schedule. Very impressed with the cleaning team who went above and beyond when cleaning our 3 bedroom house. They were very quick and left everything spotless. I thought they would never be able to bring the oven back to a decent state but it looks like new. Complete refurbishment of bathroom 10.0
Val goes beyond what could be expected, to produce a magnificent, professional job. After taking up the laminate floor, he found that the floor was not level, by 7cm from one end to the other. Instead of accepting the defect, he went to considerable effort to correct the level, before laying the waterproof membrane and tiling. As a result of raising the floor, there was additional work required to refit the new sink, which was done. The end result is a high-quality refurbishment, which last years.

I have used Ace Services to get my bathroom re done i.E tiling flooring, new shower, toilet and sink fitted. I am extremly satisfied with the quality of the work carried out. They used only quality materials and kept me informed all the time about their progress. I used Ace dot Services to clean all carpets in the house before moving into our house after a renovation. Very happy with the end result and the speed of the service. The carpets dried quickly and were able to be walked on within the hour. They also cleaned the house after builders had finished and I was very happy to come home to clean carpets and a clean house!

I cannot recommend Ace Dot Clean highly enough. In previous years I have used various cleaning companies in our student properties and have had problems with all of them with regards to the standard of cleaning and reliability. I have none of these issues with Ace Dot; their staff are friendly and professional and they are punctual and trustworthy. I have used them for end of tenancy cleans and builder cleans and they have delivered to a very high standard.

I was let down by my insurance company - who expected me to move back into the property with builders rubble in all rooms. In the end I found this company and Andrea - who was fantastic - they came out the same day - which meant we were able to move back into our property. They did an excellent job and because of this I am going to ask them to do a regular clean for me. I can’t tell you how stressed I was and homeless in effect - but this company was brilliant and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone. Excellent service.

Had the team come in to clean the exterior windows of my house and the gutters. They did a fantastic job, left my windows spotless including sills and they removed a lot of debris from the gutters which could've created a lot of trouble for us in the future. To sum up, they are fast, affordable and professional.

I have received quotes from multiple companies but Ace dot Services were offering best value for money. The work they've carried out on the exterior windows was impeccable and they cleared a seriously blocked gutter at one of my properties. They went over and above in all aspects of their work. There were loads of plants growing near the gutter on which they used weed killer to prevent future blocks. Very happy with the work. Definitely recommend the guys!

The house was not easy job as we have many decorative items, books etc and yet still it was all cleaned spotless. On further inspection there were some missed parts that the cleaning didn't seem to catch. Overall the windows were cleaned to a high standard, the bathrooms look brand new and the kitchen and oven were cleaned very well. The laminate floor in the dining room was dirty still and the cove of the fireplace was dirty. When I went to check on the day of the clean I asked if I should take my shoes off which I was told no, but then when going back to the property there was mud on the carpets. We paid a fair bit of money for the clean and its a bit annoying we had to recheck things.

I am particularly fussy and there were a few minor areas not cleaned properly ie skirting boards and around the window frames, when I pointed them out they were immediately cleaned.
